The conference will be held at Villa Gualino, (Torino).
Here below there are a Registration Form, to register as an ICTCS01 participant, and a Reservation Form, to book as many rooms as you need at Villa Gualino, the conference and accomodation site.

The Registration Form must be fully completed, signed, and faxed to +39 011 751603 (for the attention of Miss Daniela Costa or Mrs Claudia Goggioli), together with the required documentation.

Registration fees include: coffee-breaks, lunches, conference dinner, and conference proceedings.
Early Registration EXTENDED deadline is 20th September 2001, and its cost is 130 EURO.
Late   Registration is from 21st September 2001, and its cost is 180 EURO.

Early registration is compatible with payment by cheque  or bank transfer.
Early registration does not admit payment by cash.
Late registration is compatible with payment by cheque, bank transfer or cash.

Any extra ticket for conference dinner costs 52 EURO.

REMARK   a) Bank transfer expenses for payments must be totally charged to the payee's account. We must receive the exact amount of money required.  b) Should payment be carried out by cheque, the amount must be increased by 10 EURO for bank cash fees. c) Extra tickets for the conference dinner must be paid at the conference reception desk in Italian liras.

Refunds requests of the conference registration fees will be honored until the beginning of the conference. The refunded amount will be:

• 105 EURO for those who registered in time for the early registration,
• 155 EURO for the others.


If you pay by cheque:
Print the Registration Form.
Fill the Registration Form in, and sign it at the bottom.
Send the Registration Form by surface mail together with the cheque to:

The cheque must be drawn to the  "Dipartimento di Informatica".

If you pay by bank transfer:
Print the Registration Form.

Send the Registration Form and the receipt of your bank transfer by fax (+39 011 751603) to ICTCS01 - Miss Daniela Costa or Mrs Claudia Goggioli - Dipartimento di Informatica, Torino.

The Reservation Form must be fully completed, signed, and faxed to  +39 011 6603535 (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A DIFFERENT NUMBER FROM THE PREVIOUS ONE).

Reservation is possible only by supplying a valid credit card number.

A single room costs 46.4811 EURO per night  (consult this currency converter  if you need exchange rates, please).
A double room costs 72.3040 EURO per night  (consult this currency converter  if you need exchange rates, please).

Rooms at Villa Gualino will be guaranteed until 10th September 2001 (FIRM DEADLINE).
After that date, you might be asked to look for a hotel room in Torino by yourself. Beware that all hotels in Torino are not at a walking distance from Villa Gualino, and that bus services between the town and Villa Gualino are not at all good. The organizing commettee suggests to book a room at Villa Gualino as soon as possible.

The payment is due to Villa Gualino personnel on the arrival day. No penalty is due in case of booking cancellation.
